Tips:

Cleanse body with a shower or bath before getting into the Salt bath.
Prepare a warm enough bath where the temperature makes you sweat without it being too hot and uncomfortable on your body. Hydration is important so make sure before getting into the bath that you have a glass of water within reach of your tub.
Pour in about ½ cup of salt in half tub, more for a stronger concentration.
When you are finished slowly get out of the bath. No need to rinse off, just pat dry.

Instructions and Directions:

Add 1-2 tablespoon to running to dissolve salt faster. Soak and relax for 15-20 minutes. Repeat twice a week. You should talk to your doctor before using bath salts if you have medical conditions such as heart disease or diabetes. Avoid contact with eyes or broken skin. Keep away from children, do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep bathwater enjoyable hot (If water is too hot it can lead to dry, itchy skin or even rashes and/or increase heart rate)
